Phoautye Thrypeile is one part of Maash formerly a triplet-in-one, now a two-in-one. Before birth, Maash was three separate babies but after birth the doctors found the three babies had become one. Each of the vertically-aligned heads has its own brain and its own personality. Each personality vies for control of the common body--two of the personalities are violent; the third is not.
